The location of the sports complex is located near the center of Negotin, on the surface witch occupies 4.6 ha. Traffic connection of the location with the city is very good. It is surrounded by two primary roads (Kosta Todorovic street and 12th September street). In environment of the complex is the health center and general hospital.
Sports and recreation complex consists of gym, indoor pool and outdoor theater. The plot is visually divided into a zone of rest and passive recreation with plateaus and tracks, children's playgrounds and cafes and the sports area and active recreation. Relocation of outdoor theater is not possible because of their historical significance, and because of that its reconstructed. The sports arena is associated with a pool in which area is the bowling area. A small hallway leads to a closed part of the pool, where trought the wardrobe and hygienic barriers leads to inner pool. On the roof there is an outdoor pool that is used in the summer months. Sports hall has multiple purposes. Sports that can be played is handball, basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer. Bright height of the hall is 13m (7m prescribed rate ≥, ≤ 15m). There are two entrances for visitors because of safety. The entrance for the players is on the east side, where there are a location of the dressing rooms. Part below the north-east stand is designed for supporting facilities for the players like the locker room for with showers, laundry, toilets, a clinic, a equipment room, umpire room, a room for trainer, utility room... The stands are carefullz designed with special attention on its geometry and on the visibility of the ball in motion, orientation debates in relation to the sun, providing views over the heads of the previous row which is why the stands placed under the advance of calculated angle is less than max (B: H = 80: 38 to 80: 48cm), first hundred rows closer to the ground, min 2.5m-3m, 5m max for all kinds of stands, comfort and safety, maximum acceptable distance to the most distant places with 3D tracking forms, lines and angles of view unimpeded by structures (pillars, low roof edges), ensuring a sufficient number of places for persons with disabilities.
