PRELIMINARY URBAN SOLUTION of
Science and Technology Park

In the modern information society of the postmodern era, urban areas are faced with an increasing loss of authenticity and identity. Since it was denied a detailed explanation, the individual begins to lose a sense of belonging and community, with the rise of alienation resulting from scarce opportunities to meet provided a modern city.
The area which is the subject of our discussion, with an area of about 10 hectares, is limited by Nikola Tesla Boulevard to the north-eastern side and Aleskandra Medvedev street on the southeast side, high school Nikola Tesla at the southwest and the northwest complexes housing project, the Tobacco Industry and camp by the Red Cross. Direct resting on the central city zone and on it there are objects of great public importance and therefore needs to improve its functionality and attractiveness. Objectives order are the affirmation and promotion of campus with the technological park whose construction is envisaged, then the maximum use of its resources, keep all objectionable content, full integration of pedestrian traffic from preschool, arrangement of park land and the formation of sports - recreational zone. Such an area for present needs of man and understanding of the importance of urban planning should reflect the level of work, seriousness and willingness of people who are seriously concerned with the design. The significance is certainly multiple. New appearance of significant areas for strudente would mean modernization, increased traffic, better social life, the feeling of safety and security.
In addition to various paving stamped concrete, granulated gravel and grass surfaces which are carefully planned, also modern furniture and water surface. We introduce some new content are equally useful. First of all, shelter for charging mobile phones with solar panels, which represent the future and of great importance in energy saving. Uniqueness to the territory gives the unification of pedestrian traffic concrete structure that has found its fractured position on the land, on two levels, with a range of content for students but also for other visitors to the campus. Summer classrooms, an amphitheater, a students' workshop, coffee-bar are just some of the contents of this multifunctional construction.
